The vision of Hrishikesh Foundation is to ignite capacity development in the remotest corners of rural India by nurturing awareness, delivering skill training, and fostering small businesses with innovation—reaching out to the most marginalized sections of society, with a special focus on women, children, and youth. With deep aspiration, steadfast devotion, and a compassionate human touch, we are committed to strengthening livelihood opportunities and walking hand in hand with every individual—ensuring continuous, meaningful improvement in the quality of life, especially for the last and often overlooked person on the path of progress.

Gita Biswal – Director of Hrishikesh Education Society, am happy to give a brief about our society, highlighting various social initiatives undertaken by us for empowerment of rural youths in distant areas of Chhattisgarh state in India over last 15 years.

Hrishikesh Foundation is led by its CEO, supported by a structured team across key verticals: New Projects and Innovation, Operations for ongoing programs, and Quality Control and IT, managing compliance, HR, and beneficiary communication.

The Communication and Field Engagement Team ensures continuous feedback, field inspections, and stakeholder interactions to drive improvements across initiatives. Staying closely connected to ground realities, the CEO personally visits remote regions—especially Bastar and Kanker in Chhattisgarh—to oversee projects and engage directly with rural women, youth, and children.

Strengthening its efforts, Hrishikesh Foundation actively collaborates with organizations like Sree Foundation and other reputed partners, fostering innovation and impact through shared learning.
